what does everyone think about it? it looks a bit cheap in that pic but i saw morbid angel the other day and it looked badass. has anyone played a guitar with that duncan in the neck and if so is it any good?

what's up with dean making their own pickups now?
they've got the equalizer in that guitar, the Dime Time neck pickup, and then the fart-heads from trivium have their own dean pickups.....

My neck thru Kramer stays in tune for fucking months. Really the only reason I prefer neck thru to bolt ons.

I was totally expecting him to have a signature BC Rich Ironbird instead of having a signature Dean. The pickup configuration is kind of cool; reminds me of those 1st generation Jackson Warriors.

Trey has never liked to limit himself to one brand, he plays what he likes. Ibanez, Jackson, BC Rich, Dean, I've seen him play a Gibson/Epi V too.

That is pretty weak looking. As much as I worship classic Morbid Angel, 'ol Trey has always been a quirky character anyway, so maybe it's just in keeping with his, er...unusual personality.
