Cool, thanks. Anything I should work on? (apart from recording/mixing quality)

not bad really.
however i can tell you're not using much actual projection and alot of headvoice and mimicing tecniques.

You're using too much headvoice, you have a decent sound you just need to work on projection and cleaning it up a little bit

What exactly do you mean by head-voice and cleaning it up?
As far as I can feel, I completely support the voice with my diaphragm, therefore I feel no pain doing those highs.
Maybe the bad sound is because I'm using a low quality mic...
Anyway, I still don't understand

Oh, I see what you mean. Head voice and chest voice are terms from clean singing which I'm familiar with.
I reach any sort of growling from a chest voice note. Otherwise I'd feel pain (throat clenching too much) - but I don't feel any pain.
I still don't understand completely why it sounds bad...

ignore mosh4life.
you can do high vocals using your diaphragm
no the point is, you're relying too much on your throat and making the sounds with your throat rather then exhaling more and creating the proper vocal vibrations in your chest/throat/mouth.
your tecnique is just bad.
but practice makes perfect.

But I'm trying to say that I'm not using the throat (i.e focusing on throat to execute sound).
I don't feel anything in the throat area when doing the highs...
Anyway, my technique can't be bad if I feel no pain. If you think it sounds bad (maybe you don't like this style), that's something else...
I mean, I absolutely hate screaming (hardcore stuff), but on the other hand I can't say anyting bad about their technique.
Also, please understand that I'm not here to argue, but you're wrong saying my technique is bad, if you define 'bad technique' as something that hurts the performer. If it sounds bad to you, that's your opinion which is respected.
Oh, and may I see your example of 'good technique'?

...the beginning screams..ok, but when you actually get into the song..it's just poop.
personally, i don't like the raspy screams.but nonetheless if it works for you..then hooray!

Yeah, I see what you mean. I really should work on getting into the song and the lyrics... after hearing my own stuff after some while, and those are old ass recordings, it's quite noticeable that sometimes I'm far from passing the song's emotion.
Thanks.

no i like alot of styles, and im not talking about screaming or hardcore vocals.
but it has to do alot with tone and practicing to acheive this tone, theres a difference between the tecnique to properly do vocals, and the tone that you obtain from practice when your body naturally finds the perfect spots to hit when you do vocals.
its like playing guitar hero, after a while of playing expert you'll actually start hitting the notes more often and smoothly, just by natural practice, and you'll hear less error noises, and a smoother song.
