The time I was there, I had a map and apparently the area I was staying in was South Myrtle Beach. I really enjoyed my time there and I'll possibly be going back sometime.
But a couple of buds and I rented a condo by the beach for a week. I say it was 10 mile drive south of the Pavilion.

Yea maybe on some maps it does but in actuality to locals and some majority maps it goes from the north carolina line in beach names: little river, cherry grove, north myrtle, myrtle, surf side, and so on. Atlantic beach is stuck betweem north myrtle and myrtle its a black beach very weird fucking spot undeveloped has like some abandoned motel up beach front. The beachs listed tho are like main beachs shit like Atlantic beach are small beachs trapped in between the bigger ones, and there are quite a few of them.
The pavillion got shut down, now they have the hard rock park or some crap which just opened up and cost 50 bucks to get into, hell six flags is better than that place and way cheaper admission. Hard rock park is also at a different place than the pavillion and the area the pavillion was in is bare now they still have the shops and the strip that everyone rides on though.
Actually renting a condo beach front this summer, if any of you guys think you can make it down just hit me up in a PM before hand and ill let you guys crash at the spot.(week or two before)

I heard the Pavilion is closed. The last time I was there was in 2006.
I don't know If I'll vacation there this summer, maybe next year. But I love that place, I felt at home the first day there. But the next time I go I'll get in contact with you.

I'm actually from northeast PA, but I lived in Boston for a semester while I went to Berklee. But I left there for numerous reasons (which I'm not getting into right now) and ended up going to West Virginia University for a year and a half, but left there to join the Air Force and that's where i stand now... waiting to leave for boot camp in San Antonio TX on July 1st. I get to spend my 21st birthday (July 10th) in boot camp. And that basically sums up the past 2 years or so of my life haha

totally hahaha, ive been on the phone with him and the guys in defeated all day today, the people who were supposed to do defeated's tour merch bailed so now theyre stuck without any shirts really. ive been writing people all over, im hoping i can pull something off for them
looking forward to meeting paulo, ive only talked to him online and the phone. dudes in defeated sound nice too, though their english isnt perfect (its way harder on the phone in a venue during sound check im sure)
