Effects?

Does anyone know how to get a gaahl like vocal effect. Particularly like the one in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3FXd6mwZXQ

it's just a vocal fry throat technique
as in all black metal.

its similar to The vocal style in the new Black Dahlia Murder album
