so i decided to go agaisnt the orange cab, now im looking into buyin two new speakers to put into my 6505 cab. I was thinking the texas heats, has anyone used them, are they good at all nething that would help would be awesome thanks.

theyre pretty aggresive sounding speakers, probably would sound pretty good.

but before anything, what tone are you trying to accentuate with new speakers? What do you feel your amp is lacking that requires a speaker change?

i played a uber cab the other week and it sounded awesome but i dont wanna fall into the 2v30s and 2 g12ts so im just trying to find a good combo that will work well with my sheffields, bc i love the cabs, as someone stated b4 they sound alot like a marshall cab which is true. But in reality i want better bass response, less harsh highs and mids, i just want something that will round out my sound make it sound tighter and make it sound more beefier.

you might like celestion g12k-100's or some EVM 12L's
