Pretty good. It is a bit on the cheesy side but I like it. I'd definately see them live.

To me they sound like a more melodic Theory in Practice's Colonising the Sun (album) with Nobuo Uematsu on keys, well the first track on their myspace anyway.

Overdone is not good, and its one of the worst things you can do to your art. Contrived is probably a better adjective to use as it sounds like they're trying way too fucking hard and are using that annoying prog-metal formula that goes as follows: TECHNICAL BEGINNING SO YOU KNOW WE MEAN BUISNESS! + SOME CLEAN SINGING + CRAPPY CYNIC IMITATION * CALM ACOUSTIC INTERVAL WITH HARMONIZED VOCALS + SOLO + BACK TO OUR METAL ROOTS + EPIC CONCLUSION WITH FEMALE VOCALS!

Keyboards don't mean cheesy (even though they are here). The entire package is just one big, festering pile of cheddar infused smegma.

Their myspace also annoys the fuck out of me as they found it necessary to list every fucking band each band members like in every genre on earth.

about the overdone thing. one of the only tech. death bands i like is Necro. are their solos not overdone? idk, it seems like some people just throw that word around. not to mention, when someone says that, i usually love the band...

i dont have bad taste, dude. i seriously doubt you dislike all the bands im into. (a few weeks ago i listed a bunch in my profile, for the fuck of it). its just that you dont like Kalisia or Necro... neither of which are in my favorites category. i listen to folk/viking, symphonic black, melodic death, power metal, new age, dark wave, trance, classical, and many variations of these things. and if you think that all the material in these genres is "bad", then you're simply wrong. but yeah, had to get that off my chest, because i think you are a respectable member, and it just fealt wrong to (ever-so-gently) bad-mouth you

theres a possibility that this would be funny, if someone had confronted me. i did this in pure kindness, and just wanted to clear up whatever discomfort i might possibly have caused... if that were possible.

here, i'll let you guys laugh at my emo-ness. when i was 15 i pulled a light out of a row of christmas lights, causing a bunch of the others to turn off. it was a few blocks from my house. i went back later that night, and put the light back in, because i fealt bad. ...lolz?
