as in the (2008) thread, im "anticipating" it. my friend heard a song called We Rock (LOL), and he said it was good. i'll probably hear the album from said friend. i'll buy it if im into it. although im much more excited about Skyfire's upcoming album. no need for comparison though

I thought it was one of their best. Every member gets equally attention. Amazing bass solos. Though, I still miss those keyboard solos they had in Death Unlimited.

yeah, because the one song you heard, represents the ENTIRE album. or was it two songs? pff.
ok. ive just heard %70 of the album. i think its nice. i dont like some of the riffs.
a bit of this is reminding me of Agathodaimon, one of my favorite bands. (on the slower songs and parts). so thats cool with me. i have a feeling that even the moments i dont really like, will eventually ease in, and i can see it as a whole. at least that will be better than sitting there thinking "i hate this riff. (10 seconds later) ok we're good now."
now, i MUCH prefer Mirror of Madness. thats the one i turn to for atmospheric beauty. this new one is more of a CoB "rockin" feel. I'd think i wouldn't fancy the fact, but maybe it just caught me at the right moment.

I love it so far. Down or Forever and Ever are probably my favorite songs by Norther. Ever.
