Question on tabbing low notes

Hey, for a song for my band, the guitar is tuned down to B, and I don't know how to write a B (open 6th in this case) on the staff because the lowest it goes is E as all of you know.

would it be like piano and go into a bass clef?

thank you guys

That's why I hate standard notaion for guitar (i like it with bass though...that ain't bad) well, I mean even in standard tuning it's a pain...all those ledger lines. I think it may be on the bass cleff though....because the A string on a bass in standard tuning is the first space on a bass cleff, and the low B of a baritone guitar is just one step higher....

hope that helps, I've been reading music for about 6 months.....

Put the B an octave above, an use the notation -8ve to indicate the note should be played an octave lower. I would personally go for using both Clefs, as the octave notation is a pain in the arse to read
