The Edge Zero trem looks interesting. I never like my Edge Pro as much as the original Edge. Finally you can adjust the tension on the arm! The plastic bushes wear too quickly and so the bar won't stay at the angle you want it.

I played an ibanez 8 string the other day in the shop. rg 2228 ? I believe. damn, it sounded pretty brutal but would never buy it. does anyone else have experience with the 8 string ?

The bassist in my band is also a guitarist in his other band, and he bought the 2228. Says the 8th string is fucking heavy!
