What is this software?!

Hey guys,

This video is kind of funny but i'm wondering if anyone of you know what software was used in this vocal video or what kind of effects. I know that there are loads of software that can do this but in this video it sounds realllllyyy clear and good quality. I need some vocal fills for some recordings and I thought this was pretty cool. Check it out
