They're ok... one of the better death/thrash bands out there. I'd see em if they came around.

Those videos below confused the hell out of me; So this guy is a guitarist for a hip-hop group, and is trying is resurrect a jazz influenced death metal band?
I'm banking that he was on the toilet when he decided to do this.

I love Pestlience first 3 albums. Spheres was kinda lame. I am not really looking forward to this

if they do start writting new material, i hope its in the vein as Malleus Malificarum or Consumed Impulse. testimony as cool but i guess it was the gateway for what Spheres was. i liekd the older Death/Thrash stuff

Pestilence is fucking classic. I sure hope this reformation turns out with a cool album. Jacob Hansen from Invocator is producing it, which is really cool. Then again with Mameli and Hansen's track record, who the fuck knows how this'll turn out. This is gonna be interesting as long as Mameli sticks to his word and doesn't toss off another groove/hip-hop/post-thrash mess. C-187 blows beyond belief.

The first and third albums are absolutely classic. Consuming Impulse bores the shit out of me and I never really got into Spheres, even though it's a good album. Overall, this news doesn't really do anything for me. I'll check it out, though, just to see if it's in the vein of the 1st or 3rd albums.

I was expecting most of the forum to be in awe like myself. Love this band and can't wait to hear their new music.
