At quarters and eights...

I have this little mystery with guitar pro 5. Sometimes, when the metronome is on it will suddenly switch to counting eights - have even had trippled eights - which is quite a bit irritating when you're trying to learn a song that's at the border of your ability anyway.

Anyone know how to stop it doing this?

This will happen occasionally, just as a glich in the program, There's no way of stopping it (that i've found) apart from stopping the song, clicking where you want it to start up again from, then hitting play again.

I have it happen to me on a regular basis, it's one of those things that are annoying, but you deal with it.

I figured. Oh well, maybe it can be considered good practice for ambivalent drummers.
