Today we had a demonstration at our university (i know, typical for students). We did (still do) a "24-hours tesching" ( damn my lack of english words. ). I was there when they told us something about drugs and the history of beer. The whole room was full and all of us drank beer. 
Now i know how i can make opium, heroine or cocaine.
And about the beer:
In history they had prpblems with water. It was not sterile. If you drank it, there was a good possibilty to day. So they had to options:
1. (in china) they cooked water. And by accindent they invented tea.
2. (europe) they invented by acindent beer, because of the alcohol it was "sterile".
There were again to possibilities how it happened:
a) the women made bread. And, typical for women , they forgot something.
wait some days-> beer
b) ill people don't like hard bread. So they made it softer with water.
wait some days -> beer
the teacher prefered the first version.
It was so much fun!!! And all the time you heard beerchugs and people burping. |

i'm starting to dislike chemistry too, i had to do a crappy lab today. i tried to figure out how to do it like 2 hours before we had to do it, but i only kinda got the gist of it. i still didnt know how to find out if that molecule was polar or non-polar, and it was hard for me to try to figure out the molecular geometry of it. and sometimes the electronic geometry. but i didn't have problems with lewis dot structures, those weren't bad. i don't wanna look at another molecule for like 3 days
