They've been holding off on making a decision because I've been out of contact, out of respect for me. The other reason it's taking so long is all our fault, and that's that the format's all off. The first thing that comes to mind right now is to throw out hypotheticals, but I hate that shit, so let's see if we can come up with anything better.

It's about being competent and mature enough to help regulate and keep a decent forum running, while weening out the spammers, trolls, and/or cunts. The maturity aspect i think is the most keen thing. You have a job. And thats moderating a forum. Making sure things are going smoothly, not letting your personal biases effect judgements and decisions is pretty keen to preventing a kind of corruption.
