Bands with drummer-singers???
Lets see how many bands we can compile that consist of drummers that also sing, even if it was only for a short period of time. I'll start it off with the few I can think off the top of my head:
-Kreator
-Exciter
-Sacrificial Blood
-Autopsy
Who else can be thrown in this list? I know there's more.

Dimmu Borgir in For All Tid
I forgot to mention... also Absu. I don't know if in every album though.

Dark Suns. Doesn't Atreyu's drummer sing too?

There's a local band from Denton called Rhome, when their drummer quit the singer took over on drums, and kept vocal duties as well.

Morbid Angel when they had Mike Browning in the 80's. Oh and Nocturnus of course.

I don't think Nile's drummer has ever done vocals, just know they've had a few guest drummers and guest vocals in the past(mainly BSOV), maybe an actual drummer from another band did guest vocals for them? Not sure.
I thought TiP's guitarist did all the vocals? Then again I haven't seen any videos of em before.

As for TiP, their ex guitarist did main vocals on the first album, with the drummer doing backups. Then the guitarist left and the drummer took over vocals on the recordings. I don't think he did them live though.

Back when Death was Mantas in 1983, the original drummer did the vocals. Once he left, Chuck had to take on the vocal duties. Some nice trivia for ya. And boy what a great vocalist he was for only taking on the part out of a lack of alternatives.

I dunno if that counts since they all do vocals. He's not really the main vocalist. And on the newer albums he doesn't sing as much.
But if we are including group vocalists I belive Ken Owen of Carcass did vocals on the first 2 albums.

I dunno. I heard Carcass would never do a reunion unless all the members were there. I dunno if they changed their minds.
