A scalloped heel means uninhibited access to the upper frets, while a Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo lets you accurately dive as deep as you want. This guitar does return in tune! If you are playing Rock/Heavy Metal, this is the one for you; Very lively pickups, easy to get harmonics out of this one! It has a very slim neck, which is extremely fast, smooth feel. Ultra-Low action, absolutely beautiful feel, the jumbo frets allow for unbelievable vibrato. I just recently had new strings installed & the action/intonation set.
