It's in the opening riff of "Technical Difficulties" by Racer X. Basically, I need help understanding what should be upstrokes, what should be downstrokes, and what should be hammer/pull so that I can eventually play it as fast as it's played in the song.

It's alternate picked. This is a better resource than the video I posted before... not to mention it's the actual Technical Difficulties (the first vid is Metal Dog, what would later become Technical Difficulties).
