haha, i've seen worse, im a bouncer at a nightclub. Some of those girls walk in who have had like one kid and are all fucked up. Stomach hanging out..nasty shit. I'm talking to a girl from Cuba(met her at the club), she has like 2 kids and her body is in perfect condition but she also keeps her self in shape, i guess some people can handle pregnacy way better than others? Or is there a way to keep your body from having strech marks and so on?

^ You can. If you're planning to get pregnant. Just work out and keep in good shape before and after pregnancy. I've heard that it makes pregnancy a lot easier. Though, it's common sense that the better your health is, the easier being pregnant is.

Worse, but comparable, the main difference is the book I quoted, Blood Meridian, was not written in the time period of when the novel takes place. Melville was an actual whaleman.
The book, by Cormac McCarthy, is much like that sample, no adherence to conventional grammar, very hard to understand rambling and musings in the narration.........a really violent and dark "western", cowboys and indians genre of book.
What I like about it is the use of archaic vocabulary, a lot of it won't pass a spellcheck but I believe it does well in attempting to capture the manner of speech of that time, I especially like books that do this, or older books from which the archaic language is authentic much like Moby Dick.

I'm in the process of writing a song that'll surely be the most beautiful song I've ever written.
It's kind of a slow, waltz-sounding song. Really airy and not really technical. I'm trying to apply some of the stuff I've learned in music theory to it; chord inversions, better use of chord qualities.

doh, that sucks. haha oh well, i can't blame you. i hate fucking with hair..that's why i've been shaving my own head for the last ~10 years. fuck having to comb hair, use more shampoo, and take your time to dry it.
besides, my hair is thick as hell...i'd have an afro if i let it grow out. (tm you saw my brothers right?) then since i sleep on my side, the sides get flat and with a beard..it makes me look like the old school wolfman.

This is also the wrong thread, but Blood Meridian is still awesome. But it's not the speech of the time, at least the narration isn't. It's the kind of speech the time would have had if it had been spoken about in terms appropriate to it.
