Hurts like a mother when screaming.
If I scream loud and for an extended period of time I get a really bad tension pain that starts at the base of my skull and then kinda takes over the whole back of my head. If I keep doin that, I start to get tunnel vision and go a little wobbly. It doesnt really take to long for all of this to happen. Does anyone else have this problem? Or am I just a freak of nature like my mommy tells me? Anyone have any ideas?

You have that feeling because there's an unequal pressure on your vocal cords: You're pushing too hard.
You have to learn to relax and even out the flow of air.

Yes, the intended output from your lungs is greater than what is actually coming out your mouth. It's like when you were a kid, maybe, but this was popular when I was im primary school, and you made your face go red. You would plug all the air in your throat, and push with your diaphragm. Try not pushing so hard, or get the throat open. If you project enough, the harsh overtones will make their own way in.

ive been "screaming" (fucking gay terminology if you ask me) for two years now and ive learned that in order to not burn your voice out you have to constantly adapt to what you feel in your voice box. if you are hitting a note thats too high or low and its hurting, back down from it and just build it up. you're not going to sound like satan himself over night. you have to work up to it. just put on challanging music and go for it. and for gods sake, dont shit yourself screaming

make sure you ARE using your diaphragm, it sounds to me as if you're getting light headed from improper breathing techniques and headvoice, you're not getting enough oxygen and your brain is telling you that, you're also straining alot of muscles and giving your brain a headache.
make SURE you are using your diaphragm, start with low vocals, they tend to hurt less.
