Colossus Pulse
All quiet on the lonesome front...
A slight retraction, drawing breath, celestia collects....
Shockwave spreads throughout existence
spreading a single pounding pulse
The suns conspire for a glorious sacrifice
Followed by the last colossus shiver.
Colors twist and warp, reshaped
Light redefined in a dream of beauty
such destructive beauty unrivaled
Celestia permits no second chances,
and witnesses granted this final privilege.
What's this one about, eh? (unanything will probably get it)

Hmmmmmmm... Let me think on that.
It sounds like a continuation of the same kinda context or theme or setting as last time.
Title caught me by the way.

Put on some suitably cosmic/mystical Mithras to help me think. When The Light Fades gives me massive shivers each time. I think of grand halls made of golden nebula floating through space.
From first glances it looks like the universe is rearranging itself. Possibly to rid of flaws or for a purpose we humans cannot understand in our self-enclosed thinking. It's definitely do to with something happening on a rather cosmic or celestial scale, upon which humans are not recognised because they are basically nothing. The will be destroyed as this "pulse" occurs. The pulse looks like it needs the energy of entire stars (which is a truly massive amount of energy), who are living to give up their energies to alow it to happen. Maybe they are the ones doing it.
Existence - throughout one's being, or throughout reality. Considering the likely context, I think it could be reality, or the cosmos and all its various dimensions.
I've always been unsure of what you mean by celestia, but it seems like a personification, consciousness, energy, motion, elemental, god or embodiment of the cosmos. I actually researched the word 'celestial' just now while trying to figure out your lyrics, and it goes back to 'caelum', meaning 'heaven' which is awful close to my name, 'Callum'. I wonder if there is an etymologic link there...
I really liked this piece though. There is this overt sense of mysticism and scale to it that I find quite inspiring.

yeah pretty much.
it takes the energy of all stars for a huge explosion, not only of fire, but it bends the parrameters of existence. it draws in a little bit (tiny existential implosion) and then "releases its' breath" a giant pulse.
tahnks for crits!
btw with music, the first line would be like three minutes
the second line would be two minutes
and everything else about four

Oh, I dunno, a bit like 'Realms Of Reverie' by Martyr, where Luc Lemay recites a verse or two, then the band head off and do a huge exploration of all the album's themes, then comes back later. Except you aren't really exploring previous themes, you are off exploring the cosmos! Awesome...
Actually, scientifically, your lyrics would make sense. High energy causes all sorts of relativity and 'bendiness' to kick in, and well, you know may know of the problem with the Big Bang: we can't work out some of it because the laws of physics break down.
Again, great lyrics. I am quite excited to see what you (when and if you do) come up with musically.
