changing strings question

if i change strings between 10 and 11 gauge should i get the truss rod adjusted? i've only done it once so im not sure if its necessary or not.

i disagree. I did a full setup on my guitar last night from 10's to 11's and it definately needed a truss adjustment. Theres typically a tension difference of 15-25 lbs, depending on which set of 11's you get.
