How to connect samples into 1 'body'
I'm trying to fade out the end of my track but because the drum track is made of lots of connected samples it just fades out each sample individually (so the volume jumps up and and down at the beginning and end of each bar). I've tried gluing the samples together which looks like it solves the problem (the samples become one cohesive track when looking at it on the main screen). However it still does the same thing and if you double click on that track it reverts to the samples being individual 4-beat sections. How do I permanently join samples so that Cubase LE recognises the track as 1 whole piece as opposed to many individual parts? Oh and theres no problem with the sound itself, the samples work great, just not when trying to fade out.
