has anyone ever heard of hollinger Pa systems? i found a cheap package on Ebay but its looking like one of those too good to be true things so i was just wonder what your guys thought

That would be perfect for a family reunion or for some lounge music. 120 watts would not get over anything. You gotta figure, there is so much noise at a metal show (which I assum is what you play), People, cymbals, guitars, bass. I'm not exactly sure how much SPL 120 watts of amplification is but I'm seriously doubting the capabilities of this "Hollering" pa.
