its funny, because my real hair color is medium brown, but i use to recolor it pitch black..and it make people think im a laplander.. (as i wrote here earlier im 75% finnish and 25%swedish, so my accent is like a finlander speaking swedish but a bit better haha) my skin is very pale so that combination of hair color and skin color makes people think that.. i cant just understand why i keep getting theese comments..why should every laplander have black hair??

For those of you don't know what the term "Black Irish" means, it is used to describe Irish people with pale skin, but jet black hair, eyebrows, facial hair, very dark eyes etc... it has nothing to do with negroids whatsoever, but rather the Irish people that inherited dark features from Spanish and Romanian people (Gypsies)

There was a kid in my school who was Chinese and black. People always called him 'The Blink' (Black Chink)

There was another guy there that was Chinese and Native, he was always referred to as a 'Chindian'

My gf is Native (Métis) and her aunt married a black guy and had kids. So now we refer to her cousins are 'Blindians' 'Blatives' or 'Noons' (Native coons)

I'm not racist whatsoever, but I love making up shit like that (I started all the ones stated above) Race can be a very touchy subject in todays gh3y ass world. And I find if people can respectfully joke about race with each other in good fun, it can get rid of the tension and people will be much more relaxed and not get all uptight.

Earlier today I was having a discussion with my father about our Gaelic/Celtic roots. He mentioned something that he had told me years ago, but I forgot until now because back then I wasn't really interested. Anyhow, he mentioned that he once read in a book that Gaelic/Celtic tribes originally came from the Middle East, and eventually settled in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, the Isle of Man, etc. Unfortunately, he couldn't remember what book he read this in, and now I'm very interested to learn more about this. Does anyone here know where I could find more information on this? Books, websites etc. I'd greatly appreciate being pointed in any direction.
