Puzzles
The title is temporary but it will have something with the word puzzles in it. Its just the name i've used to keep the song in order.
But anyways. It was written 1 or 2 days after my friend was killed and i found out about it. (this isn't some super duper personal lyrics where i want nobody to respond... ha)
There's much more to this than what "inspired" the writing. I wrote it then wrote this song that i knew was going to somehow go with this song and surprisingly they fit very well together. In fact i didn't even have to add or remove lyrics but just rearrange it to fit the song structure.
Verse
These collected pieces start to make sense
When senses align and feelings calibrate
My intuitive shields now dissolved
I can emerge into connected worlds
Bridge
The eyes are open
But the brain is now numbing
Verse
Tucked away behind your intelligent mind
Lies the true keys we can never see
Thread by thread i'll unweave this net
I need to feel whats never been seen
Chorus
And yet all i can do is dream, that
These puzzles were made to be solved
From each and every crease
To every tear soaked fold
Bridge 2
No longer can i handle
Not knowing, Not believing
Solo
Verse
All the steps forward have led
to the same dreary conclusion
Grounds can't be gained
Resolution never reachable
Chorus
And yet all i can do is dream, that
These events will come together
Develop with each other, and
Clear in blood stained water
Spoken at the end
No words can express
Thoughts shadowed by emotions
Total lack of control, its
Just pieces in a puzzle

What about "Pieces in A Puzzle" for a title?
The opening verse was very strong. You know? I read "worlds" as "words." My eyes are goofy today. But anyways, it shows what's going on mentally without being specific with precise details. There's a lot of emotions going on between hope and despair.
It's sad that you got inspiration for this the hard way, but it's a darn good piece.

Grimm:I could read your mind but its in font size .5
Amadeus:Oh, and was there a cesserole (never mind spelling) involved?
Paddy:the fact that you didn't end up on a kids show makes me question my atheism
Dyldo: You evil strumpet!

Yeah.
Its basically about wanting to be able to see events that happen and see (if there is) precursors to them in order to predict the future. Its very inline with the common theme that my new cd has, which was kind of set in stone once i made clairvoyant memories. Basically my new cd touches alot on the subject of being able to see or do things that others can not, or being able to eventually evolve or just figure out how to do the things that we desire so much.
ps. i'm glad you like it. It didn't take very long to write this song out either. Usuallyw hen i feel compelled and inspired it comes out well.

Yeah, I'm psyched when stuff like that happens since it's so seldom right now. Once you get it recorded be sure and let me know.

Its recorded. (at least the temporary test one, i used that song to test all my new techniques to see if i want to use them for the new cd)
I'm only releasing this song and the new few ones that i need to finish (lyric wise) with the full cd. So give me about a month and i'll probably post a link to my whole cd. It should be 10 songs.
