i got a fostex mr-8 mk2 recently and it uses compact flash cards as the memory instead of having a hard drive. on the web site it has a chart of cards that are compatible with it and the ones they have on there are all compatible but it has an option where one could not be compatible.

I am wondering if anybody has this and has used any other brands of cf cards and could tell me if they work properly. i dont want to buy the listed brands because they are more expensive that what i can get for more memory. but i dont want to buy a brand that isnt listed and it not work and then i wouldt be able to get my monmey back.
