What tubes are in the Framus Cobra?
Hey I forgot what tubes are stock in the Framus Cobra head. I read somewhere a lot of people replace them with something else. Any suggestions?

Maybe 1 Tung Sol 12AX7 in the first position, different tubes in the others(Russian tubes maybe). If I were you I'd sway from using JJ's in that amp especially in the first position.

Mine had EH's when I bought it and I didn't dig the sound much. Then I replaced them Tung Sol 12ax7 reissues and JJ E34L's. Sounded a lot better, more presence and less rumble in the lows, but still too muddy for my tastes. I had all sorts of reliability problems with it.
