I've heard from numerous people that it's incredibly difficult to learn how to speak it, our grammar doesn't make much sense and that's what makes it hard.
Writing and reading it probably not much of a problem but speaking it has proven to be more difficult.
If you know a bit of Dutch it will be very easy to learn German as well  |

i think all languages are easier to write and read than speak. don't know a word for dutch..but i know a couple words in german, and more than a few in spanish.

Yeah not a bad camera. We use the Cannon GL2 camcorder. Which is a pretty stout and decient camera.

Yeah, a friend of mine uses that. Seems to be more or less the equivalent thing, though I've never seen anything shot on it and have seen some very beautiful stuff shot on the Panasonic. Me and a friend of mine shot a dance show together, me on the DVX and he on a PD-150, and even though I'm not in 24p or anything, the cut from my camera to his really looks like a cut from film to video, in terms of light and how people move and the saturation of colors and so on. Real weird. But it sold me on the camera. Along with the fact that it's the camera on which I'm most comfortable.
My only real problem with it so far is that I can't get the shutter speed slower than 24 fps, so I don't have the option to bring the shutter speed way down and shoot in poorly lit areas. Or just get the cool effect of shooting with the shutter speed way down and people moving at different speeds a la Wong Kar-Wai, or just fucking with the shutter speed like Hal Hartley or Mike Figgis. I need to figure out if there's a way around it.

that is fairly surprising that you can't. I'm not 100% sure that my friends camera is great at it either.
As long as you have the settings in good order for light and focus length his camera looks really damn good on tv. I posted our skate video demo on here awhile back but it was on youtube and does the video absolutely no justice to what it looks like on a tv or monitor. I personally have a panasonic gs125. Its now an outdated camera but its at the lower level 3ccd chip cameras and it shoots surprisingly well. It was one of hte better rated cameras for the price and quality. I'd personally like to get the panasonic you got or one or 2 other ones on the market.

I don't want the amount of money earned for minimum wage to go up. Just think about it. People who work at minimum wage are usually teenagers. They don't need the money as much as other people do. So minimum wage goes up, so do all other prices. Now the people that went to college are spending more money because people that have to survive off of minimum wage fucked up and now they are getting it the easy way out.
