Ok I am so confused I don't even understand it like how do you even do it without screwing up anything Its so dam confusing that I am about to explode!!!! advice would be appreciated

you couldve easily found this with 5 minutes of searching the forum.
push out your lower body with air and muscle contractions(you want these to come straight from your lower lungs) breathe in somewhat contract your throat, if you have to... put your tongue to the roof of your mouth, make a fake belching sound.
