what trem is this

Ok so last night I weht to the summer slaughter tour. But when cattle decapitation(sick ass band) came out and play there guitarist had a weird trem. It looked like a real thin sleek fender style but he was divebombing and yanking the shit out of it. There was no locking nut either. So I was wondering if some one and tell me what trem system this is because I want one.

Could have been a Fender trem with locking tuners perhaps... you don't have to have a double-locking trem to go a little wild

He uses a Brian Moore Guitar. Very expensive. But the 1000 series is fairly cheap.

That one has the trem. I think it's just a vintage vibrato. They stay in tune fairly well but I find if you really want to go crazy with it. A little spring adjustment does the trick.

He might have had one of those Schaller Rolling nuts which would keep things from going out of tune. Although IIRC they cant take very high gauge strings.

I found this on another board: http://www.smnnews.com/board/showthread.php?t=142676

I have used 2 different guitars since I have been in Cattle.

1. A Naked Guitars custom made by Fred Marotta here in San Diego. It is a black limba bodied model which vaguely resembles a Jackson Soloist. I designed the headstock and it is unique to that instrument. It has a DiMarzio Megadrive in the bridge position and a DiMarzio Evolution in the neck, Wilkinson Tremolo system and Sperzel Tuners.

2. A Tobacco Burst Brian Moore C-55. The body is mahogany with a quilted maple top. It has a DiMarzio SuperDistortion in the bridge position and a Seymour Duncan Alnico Pro II in the neck. The tremolo system is Wilkinson and the tuners Sperzel.

Both guitars are 22-fret w/ maple necks and rosewood fingerboards.
