Best VST plugin(s) for reverb, chorus, and flanger?

What are the best VST/Cubase plugins out there for these effects? Can be freeware or the type you pay for, so long as it's stellar quality and can be configured to holy hell, hopefully something that doesn't kill your system resources though.

I would search VST sites but I have no idea which are the best out there, any personal favorites?

good list of free stuff. 'best' depends on what you're using it for but there are lots of threads on kvr listing personal faves.
