I want to get a module and some triggers, I think the module on that page would be fine but I'm not so sure if those triggers are that great.

You're pretty much getting those triggers for free because they have the module priced at 349 alone. You can tell just by looking at them that they are going to be shitty. And they're free... But sense they are free why not, you're getting a good module still.
