so, you have any embarrassing mistakes you did while playing on stage? perhaps say 'we love you rio!' while being in new york? or dropped your guitar and broke it...or whatever.

i'll post my sort of 'mistake' later...

I've stepped on the wrong stompbox some times, but nothing major.

Backup vocals i sung, my voice cracked, then my low E string broke, then my d broke..terrible show..not quite as embarrassing as it is self loathing...pretty funny in hindsight though

Not me but i was at a show and this guy i know sings for a band who was playing. He tried to do a scream and it sounded like he died.

i've been to a punk show a while back and one guitarist from a band forgot to bring his guitar! he went up and asked if anyone would let him use theirs. luckily for him, someone was cool and let him use theirs.

One time I was playing drums for this band and we didn't have any monitors and we we're playing in the garage of this guys house throwing a party. I couldn't hear anybody else playing their parts and on one song I actually ended the song halfway through. Oh it was terrible, the rest of the band just turn around and look at me like 'wtf mate?' What was terrible was it was right at the start of a solo.

i was playing bass once for a friends band and i jumped into the pit with my bass and totalled it was fucking funny

I played my first gig with my solo band "Malignant Germ Infestation" and got drunk before going on stage.

So i:

*Fucked up a bunch of times
*Went out of time
*Stopped playing to hear when i could get back in time.
*Spilt Beer down myself.

Yeah..............Hopefully the next one will be better.

while trying to sing and play at the same time... forgot the line... started laughing... knocked over the mic.... and at the end of the song i raped my tremolo and broke 3 strings. Strangely enough, nobody really noticed.

I was playing bass for a band and our drummer fucked up and then we stopped playing and was like "what the fuck" and everyone started clapping.

This was a friend of mine. While playing in a punk band and extremely drunk, he fell off the side of the stage and into all the empty bottles they had collected in the pub. He cut his hand up pretty bad and was bleeding all over the place, but he kept on gong and finished the show!!!

I ran out of breath during a part with fast vocals so i got as much breath as i could and bust bellowed out some random guttural jibberish.
