I heard the new stuff, man, i never see something like that before.
There are not metal now, but it still the best thing i heard in my life.

Cynic will be playing festivals in Europe this year, Hellfest in France is one of them, which is promising to be way better than even Wacken this year.

hum, the version im talking about is the version 2004, but i only knew it the day before yesterday, and for the time Cynic is known, it's not old, really not old.
They remixed some old shit but they did new songs, like i said, are totally different, but we still can reconized them.
Even if its not new for us, no one had reported the good news, so i did it because everyone deserve to know.
The tour will be in one year in north america. I just fucking hope they will come to Montreal.

I listened of everything in my life, but THIS song...is something i never see before, i mean, how can someone could think about a song like that, i never saw something artistic like that before.

Atheist is hardly any similar to that. Maybe the Elements album from them, havenīt really heard a lot of it, but itīs definitely different from their earlier albums.
I think the closest to that song you can find is maybe from Aghora, check them out, featured Sean Reinert and Sean Malone.
I can recommend you the song Fade from Aghora, their best song IMO.
And like I said, that song Cosmos, is from Portal, which is basically Cynic after they disbanded but without Jason and with Diana I think on vocals.
They released a demo in 95 which you should check out, features like 10 songs or so. They published three of those, Circle, Endless Endevours and Cosmos on the Focus 2004 re-release.
But yeah, check out Aghora - Fade and Portal 1995 demo! Must have! |
