best pickup for basswood
I was thinking of changing the bridge pick up in my omen 7 and I was wondering what woule be the best DIMARZIO pick up i always play with duncans so know what they all sound like. THe guitar has a basswood body and the pick up thats in it is a duncan designed JB I was thinking of putting a X2N or try one of the new D-ACTIVATORS thanks please help

if you've read other posts you know im an x2n man. i've played a lot of amps set ups from huge marshall stacks to pods and it's been amazing on all of them.

yeah the X2N sounds nice with basswood, at least better than a duncan SH-6 distortion

i've got a seymour duncan JB in my Jackson Stealth EX which is basswood and it sounds pretty good...I could probably record something to show you but i'm to lazy right now.
EDIT
oops didn't see it was only Dimarzio (or whatever) pickups.

Man, I get real sweaty after I wack my dong. Yeah, cause I headbang while I do, and I can't really "Jump" (haha ) like VanHalen in a dorm room, so I just walk back and forth....haha a couple days ago I was jumping up and down on my bed, with my pants down and my roommate came in when I wasn't looking, hahaha.
