What department? I've worked there 3 times for about 2 or so years. And they completely fucked me. I took a leave of absence (completely approved)came back and they never put me on the schedule and never contacted me. I went back one day and my name wasn't even on the schedule anymore. They basically fired me... and never told me.
Got another job offer. Doing landscaping for the city.. 9 bucks an hour and 730-330. I'm DEFINITELLY taking this job. What a better offer.

cool. one of the summers when i was living at my parents house on cherry point i did lawn maintenance for craven county schools. didn't pay great, also had to wake up early to drive from havelock to new bern and be there by 7 or 7:30 or something like that. the ironic thing is that i was on the havelock crew, so i'd drive to new bern then ride out to havelock, back to new bern at the end of the day..then drive home. 
watch out for windows! i took out 2 or 3 while using a weed wacker. one of the windows was a classroom with a bunch of little kids in it haha. i couldn't even hear the teacher yelling at me because there were two of us right there going WOT. only noticed when i stopped to put some new lines on there. it was that elementary school that had some small animals..i forget the name of it. |

You can get a permanent fake tooth put in. A friend of mine lost his right front tooth about three times within the space of as many months last year, and each time got a permanent replacement. Well, actually, after the second time he had one of those removable teeth you were talking about, because it's a very bad idea to have dental surgery done as a student at the University of Chicago and he was waiting to get home to have a new tooth put in, and he lost the tooth down a drain. But the other times he had the tooth knocked out. Very strange couple of months.

staying in a room, at the beach tonight . with MOMZ, her mom, my sister, and my cousin. been staying there, for mother's day, for about 3 years now. its funny though, cause as the evening moves on, we all end up in different places, and really only group back, at the room, to go to sleep. the coolest part is that my mom gets a good room, right on the sand/shore... something of which ive never brought myself to pay the price for. my friends and i always get as cheap as possible, which is far from the shore. should be nice. |

Last time I was in a church for mass was christmas several years ago, and I literally blacked out several times..maybe it was the Misfits shirt I was wearing.

haha yeah. I was like the first person on the block with a 14.4 modem. Nobody had one. 1 meg was downloaded in about 30 minutes. I remember when cable came out. It was about 1 meg a minute. Which by todays standards is fucking slow shit.

Ouch.
I know how that is. The time i got hit in the face with a skateboard i lost my left top big tooth and almost all of my front teeth (of my upper jaw) were angled like 45 degrees backward. (now horizontal like your friends, but about 45 degrees) and i had a cracked/crushed tooth socket which fucking sucked hte most.
Luckily we put my tooth in milk went to the ER. After the worst pain of my life (them trying to put it back in and after a minute of attempting to force it going.. oh the socket must be broken, no shit assholes) they put it back in. If he keeps his teeth he'll have to have a bunch of root canals done. I had to have one done on mine.

Well to be honest after they did surgery if i remember correctly it wasn't that bad afterwards.
I think i also got a concussion from it but that was never confirmed. I just remmeber having the worst possible headache i could ever imagine.
He should be alright. He'll just have loose teeth for a couple days / a week or somethin like that.

i'll pass on the fruit cake..but i would love to go to a chili cook off. i've never been to one before. lots of spicy food and beer i imagine. a match made in heaven. one thing i don't get is why texans prefer no beans in their chili. i love beans..and chili is great because there are so many things you can put into it, giving you a lot of room to be creative. sure that means you don't need beans, but they go perfectly with it, so why not? |

if its wolf chili, i dont like beans in it, because i use that stuff on hot dogs, or for frito pie. i wouldnt eat straight chili, without beans, though. i think that the wolf, with beans, is still too plain to eat, alone. on the upside, it was fun, at the beach. somewhere around 2 AM, i was walking through the hotel halls, rumaging through the janitor rooms. i found the roof access, and smoked a cig up there  . i also found a bag of goldfish crackers in one of the "closests" and i ate them. haha. i think i got lucky, cause there may have been cameras in those rooms, but i had a towel draped over my head the entire time. i had just finished swimming. YEAH! |

Southern style chili considers beans to be blasphemy, and Texans especially so. It's much more meat-oriented. Beans in chili are a Northwestern, specifically Boston, thing that spread more successfully than the Southern/Texas variety. At least that's as far as I know.
I remember encountering both philosophies in Virginia, and am somewhat surprised you haven't.

I made homemade chili last week. I use ground steak and beans in mine. The ole man would like it without beans, but beans are good for you and they stretch out the servings. It's always better the next day.

i think you are the first texan i know of that is pro beans when it comes to chili. honestly i think they make it much better...sure ground beef is fine on its own..but what makes chili great is that its a bunch of shit all mixed together and tastes great.
thats what i like about making chili..there are no rules for what you can put in there..so why set limitations? especially one that limits one of the widely excepted major ingredients...
that being said...i think i'm making some fucking chili this weekend. |

i think its more of whats missing, rather than who. and that "what" is pointless bullshit! people just arnt saying as much random shit, as usual. so heres mine.
i use white deodorant. as a result, a couple of my black shirts, have white areas, under the arm. so i got some black spray paint, and sprayed from about a foot away. hoo. ray.
