Why do you call it gored when a bull takes you on his horns / slay you with them?

I wish I could have heard what was said before the video started, because it sounds like they were in the middle of an argument about the black kid spit-shining the old guy's shoes. If that's true, I feel for the kid, because he probably felt like he had to "defend his honour" especially with the camera rolling, even if he wasn't up for it. Maybe I'm leaning too heavily on the "benefit of the doubt" thing.
The guy was old but he was in good shape, I sure wouldn't have had a pop at him!

Apparently what happened was Epic Beard Man was asking his friend if he could borrow his dress shoes for his mother's funeral, and that he was going to get a boy to spit shin them to look extra snazzy which is when the black dude came in and assumed he was talking about a black kid or something. My source is some interviews with The Bearded One.

Though, to my mind, the youngster had it coming to him. He was the one looking to be offended and he kept it up even after Beard Man moved away. However, if there's anyone I'd like to remove from the gene pool, it'd be a lot of the other passengers. FUCK IT, I was only waiting for David bloody Attenborough's voice to come on and remark something about tense social situations in primate groups. I saw the interview earlier, I wasn't sure if he was talking about the same incident though, because I didn't see a knife and I don't think the kid got more than one token "prod" as opposed to the three punches to the face the old guy claimed he received.
The woman doing the interview pissed me off when she said something like "yada yada yada all these kids don't respect the adults, nail me to a fucking cross already". The kid was under the impression that he had been insulted, admittedly he overheard an innocuous conversation and drew erroneous conclusions, conclusions that I think most of us would have made if we were in his shoes (ha); the guy was saying something about spit-shining shoes just as a black kid was about to sit down opposite him. Clearly it was innocent, but you can't blame the kid for getting pissed, especially given that the old guy was obviously from a generation which had a certain reputation in that department.
I'm not taking sides, I think it was just a misunderstanding which got out of hand, but I don't think it's fair to lay the whole thing on the kid's shoulders. Yes, he should have dropped it when the old guy moved to the front of the bus, he's obviously a hothead, but let's not turn this into something it's not, i.e. the youth amassing to consume the old etc.

I think the presence of the camera made things worse - he probably felt a need to "represent" haha. Without the camera I imagine it would have ended fairly quickly and without a busted face.

Actually, Paddy, those last two posts of yours went pretty well together. I read about that Hakani business a while ago, which promptly induced something non too dissimilar from camper-lover there. Oh, and a desire to bring a few new subjects into my little project to show that the Jesus story is exaggerated at at least one point. You can't hang someone up by a nail in each hand and expect them to stay up for very long.

What's even funnier is looking back over the centuries of people claiming to be afflicted with stigmata; none of them had the nail wounds on their wrists (which is where the nails, according to revisionist apologists, were actually hammered in). Either the stigmata brigade are lying cunts OR Christ suspended the laws of physics with his God powers, and then telepathically told the Roman soldier to not use the wrist, as is customary in crucifixion, but to instead use the palm of the hand. Why did Jesus go to all of that bother? Well, that's the mystery of faith, my friend. Don't attempt to explain it with your dirty human logic.
To be fair, I've heard that crucifixion was generally done with rope, and nails were saved for special cases, so the palms might have been used in conjunction with rope. If that's true it means the wounds of stigmata should include nasty rope burns.

You did those? What class was that for? Something about them is utterly bizarre in a good creep-me-out kind of way. Like if I saw the first one on TV at 3am after a 6 day insomnia, I'd have to do a serious reality check to make sure I hadn't totally lost it. The voice reminds me of a mix between G-man/GLaDOS.

How long did the first one take?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Gi_xtwpiCA - you'd be a fucking good actress. Not sure why, but that's the impression I get from this haha. Six seconds of pure magnetism. I see that the vid is named "roto", did you use this for rotoscoping or the like? Waking Life style?
Congrats for completing your finals

Thanks! I go to school for computer art, motion graphics, special effects, etc. The creepiness factor seems to be unavoidable in my work so I've pretty much just resigned myself to making creepy stuff at this point. Works out better that way anyway.
And thanks Paddy, the roto thing is just so I could cut the background out from it and put a different background in. It wasn't recorded in front of a green screen, so that's the only way to do it unfortunately. I do want to do REAL rotoscoping though, which I'm gonna try during the summer. Just very very very tedious work.

Does that involve editing every single frame manually? I would have thought there'd be software to do most of the work for you these days. It makes for some interesting visuals, that's fo' shizzle. Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly wouldn't have had half the impact without it, I reckon.

Sill, it's spelled sill. Or, in this case, surströmming. Know it. Love it. Fear it. Nope, he's Swedish, old nobility though he tries to forget the fact. Was officially voted the funniest Swedish man alive a few years ago.

the only part of the video that made me cringe was shoving that shit up their nose. fuck, that was brutal. The vomiting and the tongue thing wasn't that intense.

Fucking A, son! I think if these sorts of rituals were purely a means of demonstrating how much pain you can take, and therefore how willingly you'd fight in a battle, that'd be fine, but this horseshit about ridding yourself of your mother's blood...fuck me.

The branches in the face was definitely cringe-worthy, but the tongue stabbing made my own tongue feel like it was burning haha.

Hahaha! The first thing that popped into my head when I saw it was the procedure I had done, albeit under general anaesthetic and with proper surgical tools. My nose was caked with thick, gristly blood for months after it, and it ached like a muthafucka, so I can't imagine what these guys had to suffer.

Water torture for interrogation, yes, nuclear weapons and agent orange, yes, drill sergeants, you got it... but ant gloves? I don't get it.

I love how you keep us all down to Earth with your... perspectives... actually...no... please don't say anything more. Ever.
Are we seeing the first step to the hostile global takeover by extremely rich disabled people here?

Man I love the comments on that video.

haha he's done it in a crowd at one of his school's music performances. Apparently it shut everybody up... and people stared at him.
He is one of the most irritatingly entertaining people I've ever met. His stories are ridiculous, and stupid. He repeats the word "applesauce" often. When he gets hold of weed he will smoke until its all gone; there is no limit for him. And he can fucking shred the SHIT out of any guitar you hand him.
Not everybody can get along with this guy haha. I'm one of the ones who can. He is very interesting... and when he's on adderall all he thinks about is porn and asks questions that have no meaning at all (e.i: "have you ever fought titties backwards?")
I'm pretty sure he could provide interesting test results for science to study.

This is quite old, but it's new to me, so suck my ass-milk, fuckos!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5evS-ApSNQ
A man who was applying for a job at the BBC is mistaken for an editor of a technology website and is interviewed live on BBC news about the legality of music downloads. When he hears the name of the guy they think he is his face kinda grimaces as he realises the mistake, but the fucker continues with the interview anyway, offering insights into how downloads affect the music industry! hahahahahaha
According to the man's Wikipedia article [ here] a movie based on his story is being considered.
Fuck, I just learned from the Wiki article that the man died of cancer earlier this year. Fuck sake.

I wonder if they've ever actually met a homo, or if they just get their information about sexuality from 2 Girls 1 Cup and Church of Fudge and Fist of Fury II and Elbow of Doom and Uncle Paddy's Chocolate Water Park.

Ha! You think it's bad, some preacher in a backwards country on the back of beyond talking shit (HAHAHA) about something he doesn't know squat about?
Try this out for size:
In Sweden we sterilize transsexuals who undergoes sex change surgery. 'Cause it's classified as a mental disorder. I only found out a few days ago and am still doing the research to find out if this is for real in my beloved country. And if it is... I'm the admin of a newly opened political forum, the single one of its kind in this country and language. If this is getting some spread now? Oh yes. No more fucking silent consent by ignorance here. Somehow Poopoo-man pisses me off even more for knowing of this stain on my banner.

I don't think fuckheaded ignorance is bound by international boundaries, so I wouldn't take it too badly. If you ever find yourself becoming a little self-concious about your country's laws and policies just throw a dart at a map of the world and read up on the country it lands on. You'll feel much better...or possibly worse, if you're a "glass is half empty" kinda guy.
What exactly is the nature of this alleged mental disorder? If you find anything specific in your research post it here! Homosexuality was considered a mental disorder for years, but something changed, and I'm not exactly sure what it was. I've been told that it was just the simple fact that it was a generally accepted and relatively widespread phenomenon, which makes it too much of a commonality to be considered abnormal. I'm hoping there's more to it than that, because there are any number of mental disorders which are more common than homosexuality is and these are still being treated as such!

I know that male homosexuality has been linked to at least one very specific biological cause; it's no coincidence that so many of them are the youngest among several brothers. Basically, and very simplified, the mother runs out of testosterone for the young un', so what you get is a man with an inner hormone balance much more akin to a woman. I'm sure it's not the only factor, but it's a main one. At least it's SHOULD be enough to shut up the fuckers saying stuff like "But have you tried not being gay"?
As for transsexuals, it's even easier to demonstrate what the problem is. If you take a man's brain and stuff it in a woman's body, whatever comes out at the other end is not primed up for a harmonious citizenship in the suburbs. It's really that easy. I've been looking into this lately, since I want to be 100% sure of the facts before I stick my neck out on this. All I've found so far on the proponent's (i.e., the proponent's of sterilizing etc.) side, if you strip away the rhetoric, is this:
Backwards ignorance.
Fearful ignorance.
Willful ignorance.
Harmful, well meaning stupidity.
I'm working with a woman (formerly unwilling man) who has this as her main issue in politics who I'm hoping will be a big contributor with articles and so on. If you're really interested, and if my fact check comes out OK, I could translate and post one or two.
I think what really gets me is that this is Sweden. The most secularized country in the world, well ordered to the brink of the comical, soft and nice. You shouldn't have to find out that stuff like this is going on here, especially not under the current government. Well, provided we win, this stops before 2014. No fucking compromises. I mean, for my own part, I don't understand those homo and trans urges any more than I understand the lust to lick half molten cheese from a sun baked sidewalk... but how do you get from there to state sanctioned meddling in other people's private life? It's bizarre.

Even more so for the fact that what he was doing was perfectly legal. It's like card counting - you can't be arrested for it, but the casino can legally bar you from playing if they wish, which is just stupid. Sitting on Face must be spinning in his teepee.
Can someone explain to me the propensity for YouTube uploaders to beg for subscriptions? What exactly are the benefits of having a fat list of subscribers? No, seriously.

I think there's something like if you get enough subscribers you'll be taken into the corporate fold and made a youtube partner, meaning for example that you'll get a cut of the money Google rakes in from users filling their empty warehouse, i.e. youtube.
Though a slightly pathetic goal in life, in my humble view, it is something I can respect infinitely more than what I believe to be the prime cause for the subs begging:
"I EXIST! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CONFIRM MY EXISTANCE! PLEASE, I BEG YOU!"

Actually that`d be my answer to Paddy`s question too. It`s the same like this "thumb up or down" rating system where doods are begging in their comments to thumb up when other guys have the same opinion.
A prime example of what kinds of comments I hate are :

Though there are a few legit sub fishers, in my view. For example, when of of the big established YT-atheists sent out the challenge to gather more subs to his channel than the Vatican. As long as you don't take stuff like that too seriously, it's at least not pathetic - and often good for a laugh to boot.

I guess I can understand the desire for subscribers if the impulse is politically or financially motivated, but how often is that really the case? Almost all of the subscription whores I've come across (ha) have had absolutely nothing of value to offer. I see people who upload videos of themselves feeding their fish begging for subscribers, and I think what you said fits perfectly - they need someone to witness their existence in the world, as we all do. It's just a pity they haven't figured out that a.) anonymous lists of subscribers don't constitute friends, and b.) mindlessly padding out their subscription lists, especially by bookending their videos between full-screen requests for subscribers, makes them even less likely to enjoy some of my sweet and much sought-after friendship.
P-Dawg, have you got any more dancing vids? It's not that I'm stalking you or using your videos as background noise to my depraved masturbations, it's just that...[finish sentence later]

It's the same thing on FB and Twitter, if not worse, in a sense, on the latter. I started using those fairly recently; they're great channels for politics. But fuckall, sometimes I can feel my brain fuse into a small sad lump looking at what many people write on there. I don't know that I've ever been interested enough in a particular person to want to know that "I've just made my bed. Housework is a drag, lulz " or "Sitting on the train right now, forgot my book so booooring ". Or "I'm feeding da fishes, ya'll!"
Actually, no. The combination of studies and upcoming election is sapping much time and the woods work is sapping a fair amount of muscle juice. We usually start at around five in the morning and then keep at it until nine or so, at which point I've been able, more than once, to turn my boots upside down and watch the sweat trickle out in a small stream.
But I can hint that I have a small vid project going on, just for laughs... so who knows, might be any year now.
