What good guitars i can play for death metal

Hello guys,i need some help pls i want to buy a guitar and i was thinking about LTD MH50,M100 or RG321,RGR321 can you tell me pls is good for death metal and if i need to change the pick-ups to maybe some Seymour Duncan or EMG!!! Thank you your replies are mmore than welcome to me!
