Happy little piece I wrote in about 10 minutes. Thanks for reading.

Delicious dreams roll their way
Against the blue mind sky
Breaking daylight, piercing embers
Broken from Mars
Stabbed between hearts with cotton stitches
Linked like a bobbin thread
Catch and go, catch and go
You smiled across years
Driving the countryside with well's bright
House by house, a flower at a time
Ticketed for speeding
I'm the cop on the beat
Care to be searched and seized?
I can smile like you
French knots and kisses
Peppered lilies, garish amid roses
But I like it like that
A little silk, a little stab
A little blood makes us bond
Those tensile moments

I have lots of books. I even read some of them. No, I don't yet. Amadeus harrasses me gently as do a few other people to get one on the market.

Yeah, I did a knife about a week ago so I haven't been able to play a guitar! Friggin' finger. BUT Did you like this piece? Is that why you asked? Or did you think it was utter shite?

It was, after all, an obvious one.
It has a nice, tense progression towards an end that you can think about for a while. Though it was the last four lines of the second verse that really lifted it, I must say, those were in their prosaic simplicity great. Stirs some memories.
