nothing anymore. I haven't lifted in about 4 months and probably haven't worked my traps in at least 6. I used to do a lot of wide and close grip shugs though with the barbell. hits the inside and outside real hard.

Nope, it's a public school.
It's out in the middle of the country. I live in a mega red neck town with a population of a little bit over 1000. There are literally like 37 churches around here. Way too many over-zealous Christians for the kids to be running around in school with long hair and listening to devil metal.

my town has like 30,000 people and probably 10 churches, but at least a few of them are old school brick and fancy construction style. where my gf lives in texas there are a lot of chuches , some of them in huge buildings that most have cost millions. i am curious where that money comes from

Actually they don't charge churches taxes, and if they do i think its a very feeble amount. Most of the churches you see that cost millions have a huge congregation and that church was made way back when donations to churches were huge and materials were ALOT cheaper compared to money we make now vs the supply cost. True fact that when our parents made below a dollar a hour or below they were better off than the current minimum wage at 6.45 or whatever it is now due to the cost of current products. So through donations(which that plate they pass around is the same as donations) and little or no tax you can build a pretty nice building. The new churches you see comming up today are mostly not brick but those metal buildings which are way more inexpensive.

I hate where I live. A bunch of old people were freaking out because of a "death metal" concert tonight.
It's a bunch of fucking Christian rock bands playing at a church.
I live behind the biggest Church in town...it's steeple is taller than that of the court house. It literally shows the mentality of this community....the Church is above the law...
I think Norwegians should migrate here and write some black metal....
