What do you mean Rusty's playing is heartless.......
People say that all the time but his work with Outworld is Awesome.
Just because he shreds a lot doesn't mean his playing lacks emotion it's just a different kind of emotion than most people go for with a lot of drawn out bends and such.
But hey thats just my opinion.
