Tempo changes.

So, in Guitar Pro, how can I have one section be a certain tempo then change another section to be another tempo. Because when I try to change the tempo it just changes the tempo for the whole piece. I feel retarded because I've been using GP for a while now and just realized I don't know how to do this.

double click on a note in which you would like the change to happen and it should bring up the mix table, and if you want it back to the previous tempo or new one , just double click on a note and change it back/again

or simply...f10 then tempo at the bar then choose
