Favorite Harmonizing Riffs
Exactly what the title says. As in a guitar and a guitar or a guitar and a keyboard.

Morbid Angel - Visions From the Dark Side.
You'll never hear a more haunting harmonized riff than that.
Also particularly like the harmonies in In Flames' The Jester Race album.

Fuck yes. For Morbid Angel, I'd also like to add-
Immortal Rites
Blessed are the Sick
Prayer of Hatred
Summoning Redemption
To the Victor the Spoils
Heretic, pretty much the whole album is harmonized
Other bands-
Decapitated. Perfect Dehumanization and The Fury stick out.
Possessed- Seven Churches (I just LOVE that riff).
Cannibal Corpse had a lot of great ones, especially on Gallery of Suicide.
Pestilence- entire first album.

Some of the riffs in 'Perpetual Healing (Infinite Pain)' by Martyr are great with the parallel second harmonies going on.
Some of the bass to guitar harmonies in PsyOpus are interesting, although sometimes they just harmonise flattened ninths just to be discordant.

Supposivley she was copying tabs from other sites, but i've searched the net and she is the only person with the tabs that she has. Check for you self.
Mors Principium Est's album The Unborn has some awesome harmonizing riffs.
Kalmah- time takes us all
Opeth- in the mist she was standing

Blitz: Actually I talked to her about this and she said she took a few tabs and improvised on them before she posted, so I'm wondering if it's a misunderstanding. Hard saying. I mean I've done the same thing, an example would be the idiotic drop tuning in tabs for Lucifer Incestus and also Wolflust, but I did it just for my own use.
However, why in the fuck are we talking about it here?

Haha, so there's obviously some credence to the whole thing. That's about fucking gay that someone does that.
