Cybergrind
Hi,
I'm into the Goregrind and Grindcore genres of metal and came across something called Cybergrind, I don't anything about this type of music and hope someone can enlighten me. I'm a big fan of Speedcore music and wordered how similer it was.

I havnt found any cybergrind bands that have real speedcore influence, but i love speedcore.

I don't think Fuck...I'm Dead is cybergrind. There is nothing really techno about them.
One good example I can give is C.U.M. (Catasexual Urge Motivation)

Not exactly grind, but Devolved are worth a listen. Sort of like what Fear Factory could have sounded like if they continued with death metal. I'd recommend Technologies if you want to check one of their albums out.
Also, Red Harvest have a very industrial-black-cyber sound so their album Sick Transit Gloria Mundi may be worth a listen. Again, not cybergrind but cyber none the less.

Yes, not grind at all, but Red Harvest are a band that throws extreme metal into the techno blender and actually do it without me being annoyed.

I think the term alot of people use for the berzerker is "grinding death metal"
that tag seems to suit them quite well if you ask me. |
