I'm pretty sure I've blown/damaged my speakers in my Genz-Benz G-flex last weekend when I took it to band practice. All the low end is gone and the distortion has changed to a really fizzy sound now matter how I try to re-eq it. So I'm thinking of what to replace the speakers with and I've got the idea of putting 2 G12T-75 in the G-flex and just keeping it at home for regular home practice and then picking up an Avatar G412 http://www.avatarspeakers.com/ loaded with 2 V 30's and 2 G12H30 for a good overall sound. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with these speakers to make me think differently? I live in a small town and dont have any possible way to actually try out these speakers myself and I'm going only what i've read in forums / reviews and what I know some of my favorite guitarists use.
Thanks for any advice.

Do you have a tube amp?

Right now it's a solid state rack setup but I plan on picking up a tube amp in the next few months but I'm still not sure on which one to buy. Basically I'm setting up 2 rigs. One for home recording and practice (rack) and the other will be a traditional head/cabinet for playing out / band practice.

Okay I was just making sure you hadn't blown a tube or one of them had started dying.
