some peeps will care I think - Chris maybe, The Doctor... theres people that like them here, this is big news. the demos are really rare and out of print. solid music, from thrash to experimental noise/art rock to NY punk influenced riffing, to biker bar anthems etc...
i cant stress enough how different the pre commercial demos and lp's are to the commercial stuff. they may aswell have been a totally different band with a different name after each release as their sound changed majorly after each one.

My friend's uncle is the drummer for White Zombie. He sure is. Yep, just in case you were wondering, "HEY, I WONDER IF HECATOMB'S FRIEND'S UNCLE IS THE DRUMMER FOR WHITE ZOMBIE"... WELL MY FRIENDS, I AM HERE TO ASSURE YOU THAT HE MOST CERTAINLY IS.

Old school White Zombie rocks! Welcome to planet motherfucker, soul crusher, black sunshine... solid! Do they have any unreleased material? It's hard to tell with Infinity's heavily saturated sarcasm....

Tons of unreleased stuff. This IS big because the band have been hording the few copies of their early EP's for years.

Hahaha.
Yes, this is good. The old punk stuff is so dirty sounding. I wonder if it'll be remastered. I hope not.

He's 100% serious. There's shitloads of unreleased material and even more EPs and LPs that have been long, long out of print.
I'm shitting my pants at the prospect of all the people hoping to hear more More Human Than Human like material when they listen to Psycho-Head Blowout or Soul Crusher. You'd have to be a total weirdo to be into that shit, which should tell you right away that I like it.
The fact that this set is coming out leads me to a couple of questions. #1. Did Caroline Records go under or are they getting a helluva cut? #2. Is Robbie having financial difficulties? It was my understanding that Rob himself owned many copies of the older EPs and LPs so that very few other people would have them. Why then re-release that very same material? Maybe he was driving up the value in anticipation of releasing this very set. Interesting any way you look at it.

i think it would spoil the underground appreciation of what they are, and lets face it, theyd only play astro creep material. none of the tobular 80's stuff.
mind everyone, i love lasexorcisto aswell, dislike astro creep, shitty.

Nope! I seen them live twice. I seen White Zombie open for Pantera once and they played somethings I had never heard before. I would welcome a White Zombie reunion. WZ all ways gave a great show.

I was also thinking that another good thing would be they get back together and release one last album, but something tells me Rob will be a complete dick about it and assume all creative control.

He always did, but he was a leader with vision. It was his band vision from the time he was 17 until age ( I believe ) 37. When WZ wanted to go different ways he was cool with it to, but only Rob ever actually made anything happen from the breakup. He always wanted to be a horror movie writer more than anything.
I remember the other members of WZ doing things but they faded out over time.

One thing I've always been confused about. Tempesta; he was with Rob Zombie in both his projects, right? I know he was with Rob in his solo band, but what about White Zombie?

Yeah, a lot of people don't like it. I actually got into some of the songs, notably More Human than Human and Electric Head part 2.

I liked Astro Creep from beginning to end. Not as good as the first one, but it had alot of good songs on it. More Human Than Human, though, is overrated. But I love the intro to El Phantasmo and the Chicken-Run Blast-O-Rama.
