YEP! That's right! I want to know a good way to find MY OWN sound as opposed to someone else's.

I sound like Randy Blythe and every other inspiration I have. Whenever I scream it sounds like Randy or Dez or somebody else who can sound like them all they want. I want to sound like me! And so far it's not working.

You say you want to sound like you. Have you ever thought that maybe "you" just actually sound like Randy or Dez? Just try adding variations, trying new shit with your voice. You'll find something eventually.
