its a dead note, so if they let u return it, id do that, if not, just dont use that fret haha, still pretty stupid if u bought the guitar w/ a buzzing sound that shouldnt be there.

Dead note? A dead note is a note that dosent sustain and/or is not as loud as other notes, which is not the case here. Fret buzz can be caused by uneven frets, which can be fixed, or your action is too low. No guitar has its frets professionally leveled at the factory, save for maybe some very very high end luthiers. Floyd Rose tuning problems can have numerous causes, and since you dont seem to know much about the subject, I recommend you either read up on FR's or get a different guitar.

LTD M-100 has a floyd rose licensed tremolo, which is known to have problems staying in tune. That's what you get when you buy a cheap guitar. You could get a Tremol-No ($65), which would lock your tremolo in place, thus preserving your tuning, but it'd disable your tremolo.

oil up that fretboard like its a fine piece of ass. Spank it if you like. Let it sit for a while, massage it in like its a sexy lady, and wipe of excess. Then take an allen key and make sweet fucking love with that truss rod.

You know if you would have told the guy at the store he would have adjusted the guitar up for free to make the fret buss go away........... ...if i were you just take it back get it adjusted.

Floyds can be tricky, especially floyd knockoffs. My old Hamer USA has an original floyd and it stays in tune just fine but it will drift if you use the wammy a lot. I'm going to get a locking device as I really don't use the wammy a whole lot.

If you're OFR gets out of tune if you abuse the whammy it's because it's not setup properly, or the strings are either too new or too old. Be sure to lock the nut tight as hell, and use some good non-corrosive lubricant on the pivot screws(or replace them altogether if they're not too old).
My OFR stays in tune for months even with my abuse, after the new strings settle in(about 3-4 days). Having it intonated right will help too, but mine aint and it stays in tune perfect.

yeh thats true, good setup on OFR = good as perfect tuning stability.
also, fretbuz can come from many reasons.
neck not setup poperly
tremol/bridge not setup properly
frets.. either old frets that are realy worn, or frets that aint in the fretslots properly, or (wich i see rather often) some idiot did a fretlevel himself, but forgot to crown the frets.
or a combination of those.

Yeah probably the fretwire popped up a bit, or you've recently swapped string guages/tuning drastically and will need a truss rod adjustment. A friend's USA Floyd Rose fender strat was like that, I can't believe he payed almost 1 grand for that thing.

Get a rubber hammer and knock them in. A refret would cost way more than the guitar. BTW, if it buzzes on fret 1-12: Adjust truss rod, if on fret 12 and up, adjust action.
