I was scared to open it, but curious as heck. I'm glad I did. This was wonderful. As an old school Dementite, this would have been right up there with "Boobs-a-lot" and "Bounce Your Boobies."

That's a first for the word "chebs" for me. Never heard that one.

If you wrote this for someone and they have a sense of humor you should give them a copy. If I was mad at you, I'd probably bust up laughing and that would be the end of the conflict.

In the second bridge I feel that the last line is flapping lose a bit. Come on, there's more comical potential there than that!
Just as a thought, you might vary one of the choruses with refering to something else that'll curl and maybe die if she leaves you.
Finally, if you put it in recording, why not change the title to something less revealing? Could give a bit of extra juicy schock punch.

Some lines could be smoother; an example would be changing 'tell you one thing' to 'tell you the one thing.' The line 'I really really beg' is bad and could be improved by something simple like change 'really really' to 'don't make me' or whatever. Aside from that I'd suggest you listen to something like 'It's in his Kiss' a dozen or so times before and during a rewrite, since, by my lights, the best way to do this song would be to ape as closely a possible some innocent model like that and explode it by it being all about tits. But, while I feel that that's what you're going for, I can't be sure it is.

For some reason I also want to suggest that you change every 'darlin' to 'Darwin.'
