? about Sonic Foundry Vegas 2.0 plugin

I have SF Vegas 2.0 as a recording software and I have this plugin problem. After a certain amount of rendering Mp3's, it just makes about 1 second, if not at all, of the file. I have the plugin (MPEG 1.2 Plugin) keygen, I just don't know where to put it. Can anyone help me out here?
